Happy Halloween! Okay, not quite yet, but soon! And to celebrate, Pokemon GO is having a fun, little event. The celebration lasts from October 26 to November 1. And the whole thing isn’t just for show. There are plenty of goodies and rewards all around.

There’s a lot going on, especially for Pokemon GO’s first event. During the event, “spooky” Pokemon will spawn at much higher rates. These include Ghastly, Haunter, Gengar, Zubat, Golbat, Drowzee, and Hypno. But that’s not all. Niantic Labs knows what the holiday is really about: candy. While the party is live, caught Pokemon and Professor Willow will give you double the candy, and your buddy will give quadruple.
