Nintendo hasn’t been doing too well. They have been losing tons of money. A lot of that has been because of the Wii-U. Regardless, the iconic video game juggernaut could use a hand. So it’s a good thing Niantic Labs has found a lot of success with Pokemon GO. Being owners of the Pokemon IP, Nintendo is obligated to get a slice of the profits. And, so far, that adds up to over $100 million.

“Yeah, can we get this in gold?”

The figure is closer to $115 million dollars, if we’re counting for accuracy. Oh, and that’s just what we know from their second quarter earnings report. Given, that does include the peak of Pokemon GO’s success. However, the game is still making tons of money, even today. So hopefully, Nintendo can use this money to stay afloat just a bit longer.
