Trainers fond of the third generation are in luck. Pokémon GO has launched a new two-week event that focuses on all of the Hoenn generation Pokémon.

The event began on January 15, running until January 29. During this time, Hoenn region Pokémon will be more likely to appear in the world and through hatched eggs. Shiny Pokémon will also appear in Raid battles, namely Taillow, Zigzagoon, and the legendary Kyogre and Groudon.

This will be taking place at the same time as the Feebas event. Niantic and the Pokémon company collaboratively announced a special research event will be taking off this Saturday, which concludes in the chance to catch the ultra rare fish, Feebas.
